Our Bovine leather offers durability, and above all a unique aesthetic. Bovine leather is classically known for its robust texture. Bovine leather has a naturally firm texture that is fashioned to soften over time. As your D LY P Bovine product is crafted from a natural material, markings, indentations or grain variations may occur. These however should not be considered as imperfections and should instead be treated as unique features, just as unique as the wearer. For optimal longevity we recommend applying a leather conditioner every two months and storing your bag in the dust bag provided when not in use. Crushed patent lamb leather combines numerous textures to create a leather that boasts a high gloss contemporary look. The rippled texture of the leather which will become more pronounced over time should not be considered as an imperfection.
Patent leathers should be kept away from any materials that may transfer color pigments onto the leather, such as magazines, denim, or other leathers. The risk of transfer may particularly affect small leather goods. Exposure to sunlight should be avoided, as color may fade. Light colors may also patina in time, developing a yellow hue.
Simply clean any dust off with a colour fast damp lint free cloth. If the gloss of the leather becomes compromised, we suggest taking your product to a leather care specialist.
Through a rigorous selection process, calfskin and cowhide leathers are chosen for their refinement, suppleness and velveteen touch. They may carry natural markings, such as veins or wrinkles which should not be considered as imperfections.
These carefully selected leathers can be compromised with the use of any commercial cleaners. Elements such as oils, make up, perfumes, creams, or sanitizers applied to the leather can augment its natural beauty and performance capabilities. If light marking does occur we suggest massaging your product gently in circular motions. From time to time under certain environmental conditions, colours may migrate either to or from the leather. This phenomenon is increased with prolonged contact, friction, temperature and humidity and may be irreversible. Please be careful when wearing these materials against light coloured clothing and those with unstable dyes such as denim.
SMALL GRAIN CALF LEATHER
A noble fine-grained leather with a velveteen and supple feel. To ensure this refined leather wears/ages beautifully over time we recommend avoiding contact with water and grease and avoiding overexposure to heat and direct U.V light. Owing to the soft and supple nature of Calf Leather, marking or scratches can occur when rubbed against anything coarse or abrasive. If marking occurs, simply massage the leather against your skin and let your natural oils reduce any permanent marks or scars. Capra Python item is made from Goat leather. It has been simulated, printed and embossed to be a true representation of the exotic texture of Python. D LY P recommends exercising caution and lift will occur over time. This should be treated as a natural progression of your item. Capra Python is likely to soften over time and again, this should be treated as a natural progression of your item. We recommend storing in its dust bag when not in use and exercising caution with harsh surfaces to preserve the original condition of your D LY P item.

If you would like to return an item or items purchased online from www.dlypstudios.com you may do so within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.* All items returned must be in perfect and unused condition, and returned with their original packaging, including any dust bags, gift boxes, swing tags and all corresponding accessories. Proof of purchase must be provided and delivery dates will be checked to ensure the item was delivered within the last 30 days. It is essential that if you would like to return your purchase that contact is made with the customer service team via the contact form or emailing email@example.com within or prior to the end of the 30 day period. Returning an item is at the customers risk and items lost in transit will not be compensated for.
The Returns & Exchange policy only applies to item(s) purchase from D LY P. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists you will need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms.
Extended returns period for all Christmas Gifts. All orders made online from November 15th 2019 and up until December 26th 2019, can be exchanged or returned until January 31 2020. Usual returns conditions apply. Please see below.
Items purchased online from dlypstudios.com may be returned for a refund if the above return conditions are met.
Your refund will be processed within five working days of D LY P receiving and approving the return. D LY P will refund the amount paid (excluding any return delivery costs) to your credit card or PayPal account, with which you made the original payment. Only the original purchaser of the product(s) can request a return, as the refund will be directly made to the card with which the payment was made.Your refund may take 1 - 3 working days to show up in your bank account.
The cost of freight charged to D LY P by the freight company will be considered and may, at the discretion of D LY P, be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
D LY P will not be responsible or liable if any item(s) you wish to return to D LY P’s online store, is lost, misdirected or delivered late or damaged in transit. The customer must bear the risks of returning their purchase. With this in mind D LY P would consider anything less than a tracked courier inadequate for handling product of this value.
Our stockists do not offer refunds on any product(s) acquired from the D LY P online store, except those purchased from Deadly Ponies stores. These items would need to be returned by filling out the returns form here and the item received by D LY P before the refund can take place.

D LY P offers laybys at Deadly Ponies stockist stores only. You can layby any product of full price in store. There is a minimum deposit required of 30%. The balance is to be paid within four weeks. In the case of a cancellation, the 30% deposit will not be refunded and will be held as an administrative fee.

CONSUMER GOODS GUARANTEE
If an article is faulty, D LY P will, as appropriate, repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, free of charge for the consumer. D LY P will address non-conformities within a period of 1 year after the date of purchase. D LY P will reject returns without adequate proof of purchase. Customers and users will have a maximum period of 2 months to resolve the non-conformity with D LY P. Products still in possession of D LY P exceeding 2 months will be returned to the customers at which point any liability on the part of D LY P will cease.

- A fault or non-conformity with a product will be confirmed after evaluation by our Manufacturing & Product specialists.
Any article described as faulty will be assessed and at D LY P discretion deemed faulty or not. Wear and tear, age and general use will not be considered as a fault and could be considered for a rejuvenation procedure or other repair process by our Product Specialist for a cost to the consumer.
